Transforming Store Windows: Jones Road Cosmetics' Grand Entrance

In the bustling streets of New York City's Greenwich Village, a high-end cosmetics company was about to make its mark. Jones Road, founded by the former CEO of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, was preparing for the highly anticipated opening of its first retail location. To create a buzz and maintain an air of secrecy during the construction phase, Jones Road our expertise! 

Setting the Stage:

With the goal of announcing the upcoming opening while blocking the public's view of the interior during construction, BluEdge was tasked with printing and installing window graphics that would entice passersby while maintaining an element of mystery. The project required materials that could be applied second surface, specifically self-adhesive clear window film, which would allow for easy installation and removal.

The Process: 

On February 1st, 2023, the installation team began work at the store, located at 37th Greenwich Ave in NYC. Within a span of 4-5 hours, our teams meticulously placed the self-adhesive clear window film on the store windows, effectively blocking out the public's view while construction progressed within.

Overcoming Challenges:

While the project itself proceeded smoothly, BluEdge's expertise proved invaluable in advising Jones Road on the choice of materials and installation techniques. By suggesting the placement of the window film on the inside of the windows, BluEdge ensured that the winter weather would not hinder the installation process.
