BluEdge was honored to support the Latina Business Network of New York (LABNNY) at their Herencia y Esperanza 2025 Gala—an inspiring evening held at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY. Now in its fourth year, the gala served as a celebration of Latina leadership, resilience, and legacy. This year, LABNNY partnered with the Long Island Latino Teachers Association (LILTA) to raise funds in support of Latino students and their academic success.
While LABNNY led the overall creative direction and programming for the event, our team was brought in to assist with step-and-repeat design, print production, and fulfillment of various on-site materials—many of which play small but important roles in shaping the overall experience.
Our Contribution
BluEdge designed the step-and-repeat banner, ensuring sponsor logos were accurately represented and visually balanced—a crucial detail on a tight timeline with many valued partners involved.
We also managed the print production for several key pieces used throughout the evening:

Paddle Raise Cards – Single-sided 4x6 cards used during the live donation moment to support fundraising efforts.

Custom Stickers – 3” kiss-cut circular labels for event swag and branded packaging.

Table Number Cards with QR Codes – Double-sided 4x6 cards with table numbers on one side and a QR code linking to LABNNY’s digital journal on the other.

Photography Notices – 4x6 cards placed throughout the venue to inform attendees of event photography.

LABNNY Flyers – 5x7 double-sided flyers highlighting the organization’s mission, included in attendee gift bags.
Each item was printed on high-quality stock to maintain a professional and cohesive look throughout the venue.
A Note on Process
With a short production window and multiple elements in play, our team worked closely with LABNNY to ensure all files were prepared accurately and delivered on time. Our focus was on supporting their vision and ensuring even the smallest details—like signage and table materials—were handled with care.
Why These Materials Matter
Often overlooked, event collateral plays an important role in creating a seamless experience. Printed pieces like donation paddles, QR cards, and branded signage not only serve practical purposes but also help reinforce the event’s mission and message.
