At BluEdge, we're thrilled to be celebrating an incredible milestone - 125 years in business! As we reflect on our rich history and countless achievements, we're excited to announce the opening of our brand new facility in Carlstadt, NJ. This state-of-the-art, 60,000 sq. ft. facility marks a significant leap forward for us as we continue to redefine experiential marketing and business technology solutions.
Over the past few years, our Creative Graphics division has experienced remarkable growth. To meet the rising demand and maintain our commitment to excellence, we recognized the need for expanded space and upgraded equipment. In response, we quadrupled our space in just two years, and this new facility provides us with the perfect environment to bolster our Experiential Environments capabilities.
The facility is now equipped with a Durst grand format printer, a Kern laser cutting and engraving machine, a paint booth, and a Multicam CNC Waterjet, among other machines. These additions will allow us to take our Creative Graphics and Experiential Creations to new heights.
Doug Magid, President at BluEdge, expressed his excitement about this transformative move: "BluEdge's strategy is to become the premier provider of high-end Creative Graphics and Experiential Environments in the United States. This move is a critical step in achieving that vision by giving us a facility that is unmatched in our industry. The increased space has allowed us to expand our production capacity, introduce exciting new capabilities in Experiential Environments, and further enhance our 3D printing offerings."
Beyond the tangible benefits of increased production capacity and advanced equipment, our new facility offers improved workflows and collaboration opportunities. By co-locating our large and small format creative graphics capabilities, we've created an environment that fosters collaboration and fuels creativity. This new atmosphere gives our associates more opportunities to learn and expand their own skill sets, and move up within the organization.
To celebrate this momentous occasion and our 125th anniversary, we're hosting an open house event on June 15th, 2023, at our new facility located at 410 Commerce Blvd., Carlstadt, NJ 07072. From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, we'll be showcasing our extensive capabilities through exciting demonstrations. Attendees will have the opportunity to take a look into our processes:
