    We are still open!

    March 17, 2020

As a huge portion of the workforce transitions to working from home, we want to let you know that we are still open and available to fulfill any of your 3D and 2D printing needs. With seven locations in the Northeast, we are working diligently to continue supporting you and your business.

With social distancing becoming the norm, we encourage you to place your orders online. Our Bluhub Online Ordering System makes it easy for you and your employees to upload their files, choose print size/material, and get documents delivered to wherever they need to be. Just click “PLACE ORDER” on the upper right-hand side of your screen.

In addition, we will now be offering Contactless Delivery. When placing your orders, you can request that our delivery drivers leave your package either at your door or outside your office. If you have any other delivery restrictions or guidelines, please let us know in your order. We will inform all necessary personnel in order to accommodate those requirements.

We want to do all we can to help you and your business run as smoothly as possible. We thank you for continuing to trust us during this difficult time.

What are we doing about COVID-19?

    March 12, 2020

As we monitor and learn more about the spread of Coronavirus, we feel it is important to be transparent about what we’re doing as a company to protect our clients and associates.

First and foremost, if you choose to visit us at one of our seven locations, please know that we are doing everything we can to keep our facilities germ-free. We are following all CDC and OSHA guidelines, and are ensuring that all of our facilities are sanitized. We also have hand sanitizer stations available for both visitors and associates.

Secondly, we are enacting a strict “sick policy” for our employees. Any BluEdge associate exhibiting signs of illness, as well as those exposed to someone diagnosed with the illness, has been instructed to stay home.

In the event that any of our branches must be temporarily closed, we will shift open projects to any of our seven locations across the Northeast in order to be completed. If we do encounter this extreme scenario, BluEdge will work diligently to  deliver the same quality results you are used to, although timelines may be delayed. We ask for your patience and understanding.

Lastly, If your company has any new restrictions or guidelines in place regarding deliveries, please reach out to your BluEdge Account Executive or to Customer Service. We will inform all necessary personnel in order to accommodate those requirements.

The safety and health of our clients and associates is of the utmost importance and we will be monitoring the Coronavirus situation and updating our policies as the need arises. Please be sure to check back here for any updates to our policies, hours, or services.
